RENEW
6-month comprehensive care program
A 6-month program for patients who are ready for structured, ongoing care with comprehensive testing, regular follow-up, and protocol adjustments over time.
- 90-minute initial visit
- 60-minute review of findings visit
- Six additional 60-minute follow-up visits to be used within 8 months
- Comprehensive bloodwork and initial functional testing selected based on your intake, symptoms, and clinical priorities
- Ongoing treatment adjustments, secure messaging with boundaries, app/tracker access, and Fullscript access/discount
ONGOING CARE
Continued Care after Comprehensive Support
Monthly Care Membership is designed for patients who need continued follow-up, maintenance, optimization, or management of concerns already identified through prior visits, labs, and care planning.
MONTHLY CARE MEMBERSHIP
Support for continued care and maintenance
After Renew, or after a Comprehensive Assessment when a full program is not needed, Monthly Care Membership provides continued follow-up and support for concerns already identified through your care.
- Quarterly 60-minute provider visits, brief secure messaging for simple updates and clarification, app/tracker access, and Fullscript access/discount.
- Additional visits are available at a reduced rate. Additional or repeat testing, functional testing, supplements, and future add-on services are billed separately.
